—Letter to Music Supervisors
We are proud to be partnering with Amado Music, LLC who is representing a select group of our indie bands’ and artists’ music (many from the San Diego music community) for licensing opportunities in TV, film and advertising. As you know, San Diego has produced some tremendous talents: Jewel, Jason Mraz, Switchfoot, Adam Lambert, Blink 182 and POD to name a few. Music Producer / Publisher, Marti Amado, is now representing a group of unsigned indie artists called the San Diego Music Collective, as well as our artists from That Other Label for licensing opportunities (about 20 artists total). All the songs signed to our publishing and licensing representation agreement are essentially pre-cleared — the artists own 100% of the master recordings and publishing and Amado Music, LLC has the exclusive rights to represent these songs for licensing in TV, film, video games and advertising.
We are excited to be working with such a talented group of people and would like your permission to send some samples of their music. Please contact Marti if you have any particular needs right now stylistically, or if you prefer to receive audio CDs with all the music being represented (a diverse but select collection of about 40-50 songs).
